SPOR Data Management Service (RDM) aims to facilitate the reliable exchange of medicinal product information in a robust and consistent manner, enabling increased data quality and interoperability, efficiencies and more efficient regulatory action. Through the integration of its services with other systems used for regulatory procedures, such as IRIS, SPOR actively contributes to their success and full benefits realisation.
Please find below details on the outcomes of the 2022 customer satisfaction survey as well as the SPOR Week 2023 – a week of webinars on Regulatory Data Management (RDM) Service activities.
1. Outcomes of 2022 RDM Customer Satisfaction Survey In order to learn more about the RDM Service activities and the feedback from customers throughout 2022, we invite you to consult the
results from the October 2022 Regulatory Data Management customer satisfaction survey directed to users of RDM Services, available in the presentation at the following
web page with the title “V2 - RDM Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022”.
The analysis shows that customers are
generally satisfied with all domains of SPOR data Services. Overall, the
SPOR customer satisfaction rate is 80% i.e. about 80% of customers rate the data quality and services as good or excellent.
In order to further improve the services based on collected feedback, we will focus, among others, on the consolidation of available documentation and the responsiveness of SPOR Service Desk.
2. SPOR Week 2023 In order to learn more about future activities for RDM Service, we are pleased to announce the SPOR Week: a full week of webinars during which EMA’s
SPOR team will cover all aspects of regulatory data management and the way SPOR and xEVMPD work today.
The sessions will cover practical information for users, including:
• General principles and rules;
• Key processes;
• Key performance and data quality metrics;
• Updates & next steps.
Webinars will be held from
17 April to 20 April 2023 with live sessions in the morning and afternoon.
