PMS Data Protection Notice Publication
The Product Management Service (PMS) team has created a specific PMS Data Protection Notice (DPN), in line with GDPR requirements on processing Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and European Medicines Agency (EMA) ongoing effort to promote transparency.

This notice outlines how personal data are processed by the Agency and who has access to this data as some personal data can be accessed via the PUI following the go-live of PMS User Interface (PUI) edit functionalities for Industry users at the end of January 2025.
This DPN offers PMS users clear and comprehensive information on how their personal data are processed by the Agency, detailing which data are accessible, by whom, and through what means.
The PMS Data Protection Notice will be published in April 2025 and will be available on both on the PLM Portal PMS Guidance documents and PMS webpage.
